Management
Kayla
Working in dentistry since 2008, Kayla joined the office as our Practice Manager in June 2020. Over the span of her career in the field, she has worked as a Front Desk Associate, Dental Biller, Treatment Plan & Financial Coordinator, Dental Assistant, Whitening Technician, Social Media & Marketing Manager and in Senior Management. She has been certified by The Scheduling Institute, has taken administration/management courses (The Dale Foundation, DANB & MGE), and is an active member of both AADOM (The American Association of Dental Office Managers) and the DOMC (Dental Office Managers Community). She is a certified Treatment & Financial Coordinator by AADOM, ZOOM Whitening Technician by Philips Healthcare, and has passed the Dentrix Mastery courses. She has also taken courses in Oral Sleep Medicine, Medical Billing and Clear Orthodontic Therapy/Invisalign.
She loves training her staff to be the best they can be and providing a strong support system. She firmly believes that positive work environments are cultivated by good, supportive and fair management. She is very proud of her role in helping grow Rockville Centre for Dentistry into a thriving multi-specialty practice with over 30 employees!
Outside of the office, Kayla is a professional singer and vocal coach. Coming from a long line of professional entertainers, she works with many of the top wedding/corporate orchestras in the Tri-State area. She has performed the national anthem for many New York sports teams & has lent her singing (and speaking) voice to many recording projects including local & national radio/television commercials and jingles. Kayla lives with her husband, Aaron and their adorable son, Zachary in Queens and enjoys cooking, thrifting & spending time with family and friends. Fun Fact: Kayla is a huge fan of the New York Knicks!

Kathleen
Kathleen has been with our practice since 2016, but has worked as a Registered Dental Hygienist for over 25 years. As such, she provides periodontal preventative and maintenance care. Starting as a dental assistant while still in high school, she has enjoyed forming close relationships with her patients through the years, educating them and helping them maintain their oral health. A native Long Islander, Kathleen lives with her husband of over 20 years, Andrew and their two sons. Fun Fact: Kathleen has a black belt in karate!
Lindsy
Lindsy has been working as one of our full time hygienists since mid-2020. A graduate of the prestigious NYU Hygiene program and now holding a masters degree in Healthcare Administration, she has always been fascinated by teeth and knew she would pursue it in some capacity as a career. Being a comforting presence for her patients, especially for those who experience dental anxiety is very important to her. Lindsy and her husband Steven reside in Suffolk County with their three cats! Apart from dentistry, she has a passion for exercising/fitness, dabbles in baton twirling and loves to sing. Lindsy also owns and runs a permanent jewelry business called "Aurelle Bond" which you can find featured as a pop-up vendor at businesses and events throughout Long Island. Fun Fact: Lindsy is a self-proclaimed “Home Goods Enthusiast”!
Laura
Laura has been a registered dental hygienist for over 25 years. She got her start as a dental assistant in the office where her mother worked as a dental hygienist. Besides a love of promoting good oral health which she feels is very rewarding, Laura enjoys making personal connections with her patients. Many of her long time patients have become like an extended family.
A Brooklyn native, Laura now lives on Long Island with her husband, Marc and their doggie, Zac. She has three daughters and spends her free time enjoying her grandchildren. Outside of the office her pastimes include cooking & baking, sewing/knitting and playing games (especially Mahjong and Bananagrams!) Fun fact: Laura's favorite food is coffee ice cream!
Tatiana
Tatiana has made a lovely addition to our office. Working with us as a Registered Dental Hygienist part time, she is a graduate of CUNY City College's rigorous Hygiene Program. Formerly working in accounting and finance, she decided that since she always loved teeth, it would be a wise career change. She really enjoys working with her patients to help them achieve their oral health goals and restore/maintain their beautiful smiles. Outside of the office, Tatiana loves spending time with her boyfriend, Jonathan, her sons, Matthew & Leandro and her two dogs - Max & Coco. Born in Brooklyn but raised in Queens, she loves to travel, is interested in interior design & decorating and loves animals. Fun Fact: Tatiana is a pescatarian!
Alicja
Alicja comes to us having worked with periodontist Dr. Corsair for nearly twenty years in his private practice before their merge with our office in early 2021. She has over twenty years of experience working in dentistry. She started in the field as a dental assistant before going to school for Dental Hygiene. Alicja lives in Queens and has two children.
Stephanie
Born & raised in the borough of Queens, Stephanie joined our practice in early 2024 after working with Dr. Jacobson at another location for several years. A compassionate and thorough dental hygienist, Stephanie's favorite part about her career is getting to help people and keep them healthy. Before graduating with her degree in Dental Hygiene from New York City College of Technology, she worked in the field as a volunteer and then as a Dental Assistant. Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys hanging out with her friends and family, volunteering and traveling. She lives with her husband, Juan and their cocker spaniel, Bobby.

Haley
Haley, one of our full time Dental Assistants, comes to us with over five years of experience in both general and surgical dentistry. She loves to make people laugh and her humor is infectious, keeping the whole office smiling. Haley has three dogs and she loves animals. What she loves most about her job is that she has the chance to help people feel better about their smile. Fun Fact: Haley loves to watch horror movies and is a self-proclaimed foodie! She loves spending time with her friends, family, and her adorable kids - her handsome son, Landon and her beautiful daughter, Alayna.
Christine
Christine, or “Chrissy” as she is known to us, has been working as a Dental Assistant for over 20 years. With a passion for helping people, she loves working together as a team and creating lasting bonds with both patients and coworkers alike. Though not originally from New York, she currently lives on Long Island, has two children and three dogs – Charlie, Summer, and Nali. In her free time, Chrissy enjoys horseback riding, ice skating, and baking.
Jessica
Jessica joined our team ready to learn the field of dentistry coming from a retail and customer service background. She decided to make the change in career after listening to her best friend, another valued employee, talk about how much she loved her job. She loved the idea of being part of a team that was enthusiastic about helping patients and making their visits smooth and comfortable. Outside of the office, Jessica, a native New Yorker, has four daughters and is very passionate about being a great, supportive mom. She loves reading to her children and spending time focusing on fitness including walking and running.
Jacqueline
Jacqueline or "Jackie" started working with our practice in 2023. After graduating from the Dental Auxiliary Training Center where she earned a certificate in Dental Assisting, Jackie worked in a general practice before joining our multi-specialty facility. She really enjoys working in the healthcare industry and helping people feel better about their smiles. She is back in school pursuing a degree in Dental Hygiene. Born and raised on Long Island, she enjoys spending time with family and friends. She also has a cat named Sky and loves to bake! Fun fact: Jackie's favorite TV show is The Office!
Claudia
Claudia joined our practice as a full time dental assistant in 2024 and has brought her love of the career and positive attitude. Prior to working with our office, she had gained a couple of years experience working in private practice after a friend encouraged her to take a dental assisting course. Claudia really enjoys meeting new people and seeing people leave with healthy smiles. Married with two children, Claudia loves to go on walks in the park with her family in their free time. Fun fact: Claudia loves to bake! (The office staff raves about her tres leches cake!)
Lettisha
Lettisha joined our practice in early 2025 after working in the field of dentistry for over nine years. She had other family members in the same field which is what originally sparked her interest. Originally from the West Indies/Jamaica, she now lives in Queens, New York with her three children. Lettisha loves to shop and, although you'll find her to be very professional at work, she is a self-proclaimed goofball who sings very badly. Fun fact: Lettisha is very good at and enjoys doing hair!
Angely
Angely joined our practice in a part time capacity as a dental assistant in 2025. Working in dentistry for over five years prior to working with us, she was excited to bring her knowledge and experience to our patients. Outside of the office, Angely is a mom to a beautiful baby boy and is pursuing a career in Dental Hygiene.
Front Desk Team
Marie
With over thirty years of experience in dental administration, Marie began her career working for her brother, a general dentist, in 1987. Always up for a challenge, Marie loves working on insurance matters, helping to rectify outstanding claims, and financial matters. She and her husband Larry of almost forty years have two children and five grandchildren. Travel, exercise and baking with her grandkids rank high on Marie’s list of hobbies outside of the office.
Veronica
Veronica started working with us in early 2022. She had already been working in the field of dentistry for approximately five years. She has lived in Long Island all her life and currently resides in Elmont. Outside of the office, she enjoys kick boxing, softball, and hanging out with her friends and family. Veronica enjoys making relationships with the patients and seeing people satisfied with their treatment and healthy smiles.
Irene
Born in Brooklyn, transplanted to North Carolina, and back in New York now since graduating high school, Irene joined our team in 2022. She realized at a young age that she had a passion for healthcare and was always fascinated by the dentist. Making relationships with patients and getting to be a part of making them happy with their smile is what she feels is rewarding about her job. Outside of the office, Irene loves to swim, dance, travel, and watch movies. Fun facts: Irene has a great eye for fashion and loves to laugh!
Britney
Britney joined our practice in 2023, coming to us with a few years of experience in dentistry working in another multi-specialty practice. She decided to work in dentistry after graduating Hunter Business School. Her favorite part about her job and this field is seeing patients beautiful smiles and being able to learn something new each day. Born in Jamaica, Britney came to live in New York at the age of 7. She loves spending time with her family and her dog, Sassy. Outside of work, Britney enjoys cooking. Fun fact: You can often find her binge watching a new show online... and perhaps finishing an entire show in one sitting!
Figen
Figen joined our front desk team in 2023. Bringing a couple of years of prior dental experience and a can-do attitude, she loves working in an administrative capacity where she can thrive on organization and productivity. Born and raised on Long Island, before dentistry, Figen worked in retail sales for several years, but wanted to make a change. Outside of the office, she is a talented artist who focuses on painting. Fun fact: Figen enjoys baking!
